Packing

Your order will be packed with the use of plastic foam and bubble wrap. You shouldn’t worry about the package safety as we have already taken care of it.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. At Studio Untold, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Each product page has a size guide that you can refer to along with product specifications.

Important things to note:

• Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been a damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
• Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been shipped from our end.

Returns/ Replacements (only accepted under the following circumstances):

• Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
• Not As Described
• Product Lost in Transit

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 6-9 business days of order placement to major cities across India.

We deliver across India to all pin codes.
