How can I change my order after it has been placed?Since package processing times are so short, modifying an order after it has been placed can really not possible. As a result, we suggest sending us an email as soon as you realise something is wrong with your order. We will always do our utmost to ensure that you receive what you deserve.

How can I check the quality of the picture I have uploaded?All pictures uploaded by you are checked by our design team to ensure they aren't pixelated when printed on your customized plaque. If we deem that your picture isn't up the mark in terms of the quality, we will contact you through your email /mobile number. For best results, kindly use pictures clicked from the camera roll over photos shared over Whatsapp in terms of personalized images.
